About Us

Emily Edwards is the owner and lead consultant of
Your Heart's Desire. She is an experienced Wedding
Consultant and got her start in this profession by
realizing her dreams and making them a reality. In the back
of her mind she knew that "one day" she would start her
own business, but was waiting for the time to be "just right".
One day it hit her: The time is never "just right"! So she
decided then and there to begin her business.

                            When starting out, she trained with some of the valley's top
                            wedding consultants and completed training courses with the IBCA
                            (Independent Bridal Consultants of Arizona). She was on the
                            steering committee for some of Arizona’s largest event industry
                            functions such as, The Special Event & The Association of Bridal
                            Consultants Wedding Luncheon. She currently plans and coordinates
                            over 15 weddings a year here in this beautiful state of Arizona.



                            While planning her own wedding
                            back in 2001, she found that it took
her well over 300 hours of planning, organizing and
coordinating, all the while trying to work full time and
make time for her fiancée, family and friends. Even
though she enjoyed planning every detail, she still
knew that many couples didn't have that kind of time to
devote to the coordination of their wedding and wanted
to be able to enjoy their engagement.

Emily believes that ALL brides deserve a Wedding Consultant no matter how large or small the
wedding or budget. With her experience, knowledge, and attention to detail, you are
guaranteed the wedding you have always imagined and a price you can afford.
